"We were first using a regular hair dryer. The results weren't great. It took a long time. So I searched and found this. It works great! They aren't bothered by the noise, they are very comfortable around it. It is easy to handle and helps dry those hard to reach areas. We love this so much we are retiring the hair dryer and planning on using two of these. The heat settings are easy to change, and help get those ears dry. The Girls do seem to prefer the cool setting, but some heat is needed for the tough spots. This dryer saves you time and your dog will be happier. "
